Sculptures by Rinaldo Carnielo (1853-1910) are conserved in the Art Nouveau building in Piazza Savonarola which was the artist’s home and studio. The works, which are typical of late nineteenth century eclectic tastes, reflect the influence that fifteenth century Florentine art had on the Veneto-born sculptor. There are many bas-reliefs, large plaster models, small preparatory works for monuments along with Art Nouveau furnishings.
