Lorenzo Villoresi: a name synonymous with an art and a passion for creating perfumes and fragrances. It all began in the 1980s with his trips to the Middle East, (Jordan, Egypt, Israel) and to Morocco, the Sudan, etc., first as a student and then during the research he did after obtaining his degree in ancient philosophy and Biblical philology. It was during this period that he collected a series of spices and essences and mixed them to make his first potpourris and perfumes. In 1990 when Fendi commissioned a line of room fragrances he decided to dedicate himself to his true passion – creating fragrances, imaginative scents that recall his trips (the spice routes, African markets, the Middle and Far East), and others that evoke the Tuscan countryside, using the finest quality extracts and essences. In 2006 he won the prestigious Coty Award as the year’s best perfume creator.
