The Church, founded in 1450, was completely restyled by the architect Gherardo Silvani (1628) by order of the cistercense monks. The dome is decorated with frescoes depicting scenes of the “Glory of Saint Magdalena” (by Antonio Domenico Gabbiani) and “the Virtues” (by Matteo Bonechi).
